Ingredients
- 1 – 6 oz pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 2 – 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs fresh lemon zest, optional
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest (if using), and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined and smooth.

Pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat for 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture is light and well incorporated.

Spoon the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
