Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounce Deviled Food Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 6 ounces Jell-O Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding (not instant; either size box is fine)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or your favorite nut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cook-and-serve pudding according to the package directions.
  3. Once the pudding is cooked, add the dry cake mix to the pudding and stir until combined. Do not add any additional liquid or ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
