Skier’s Breakfast Burrito — Beaumont Bakery Breakfast Sandwich

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley and deserve a mention. One of those staples is Beaumont. Today I picked up a breakfast burrito there and immediately knew it belonged on this list.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Mountains, Beaumont is an ideal place to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. Many drive-through breakfast burritos can feel greasy and heavy, which isn’t ideal when you’re about to be physically active, but Beaumont strikes the right balance.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is filled with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce. A good breakfast burrito often comes down to the sauce, and the creamy tomatillo escabeche dressing here adds a bright, tangy layer that brings all the ingredients together.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just a standout breakfast burrito. They serve quality coffee, fresh pastries, and a delicious burrata salad, making it a dependable stop for many meal occasions. That popularity does come with a caveat: on weekends you’ll often find a crowd. If you only need coffee and pastries, the takeaway options or drive-through make the visit quick and easy. If you want to sit and enjoy the patio or the thoughtfully designed interior, expect a possible wait on busy weekend mornings.

Overall, Beaumont is a reliable neighborhood spot that delivers fresh flavors, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for fueling a day of outdoor adventures or enjoying a relaxed breakfast moment.
