When you’re having one of those days and don’t know what to serve for dinner, reach for eggs. Eggs are an easy, affordable, and nutritious solution—with about 6 grams of protein per large egg and 13 essential nutrients including choline and vitamin D. They cook quickly and adapt to many flavors and cuisines, making them a dependable option for weeknight meals.

Crack open a carton and a world of dinner possibilities opens: pancakes, omelets, and fluffy scrambled eggs are classics, but eggs can also star in frittatas, shakshuka, hash, quiche, tacos, salads, and Buddha bowls. These dishes offer variety while staying budget-friendly and satisfying.
